We hope you’ll be 100% delighted with your order from Granite North.

However, if for any reason you’re not, let us know within 14 days of receipt at orders@granitenorthgin.com. We can offer a full refund or exchange on receipt of the returned product.

Please note that we can only accept products that are unopened and in their original packaging. Delivery charges are only refundable if you cancel/ return your order within 14 days or if the product is faulty.

If you are returning a product to us, the goods are your responsibility until they reach us here at Granite North HQ. We would recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
