There are many ways to enjoy Granite North Gin. But after testing and tasting a whole range of combinations, here’s our favourite way to serve.
What you’ll need:

A double measure of Granite North Gin (50mls)
-
Franklin and Sons light tonic
-
Plenty of large chunks of ice
-
Fresh curl of grapefruit
How to make the Perfect Granite North:

Fill a low ball glass with rugged chunks of ice.

Pour over a double measure of Granite North Gin
-
Top up with Franklin and Sons light tonic
-
Slice a generous curl of grapefruit peel for garnish
-
Fold the peel back on itself to release the delicious zesty aromas
-
Drop into the glass for that additional burst of freshness

Cocktails
Let's raise a glass to cocktails! The flavours of Granite North Gin stand up in cocktail recipes, here's a few of our favourites.
Bramble
A contemporary twist on a classic cocktail. Well balanced
in its sweetness and sour tones, and so simple to make!

What you’ll need:

A double measure of Granite North Gin (50mls)
-
75mls of fresh grapefruit juice
-
5 fresh blackberries
-
30mls sugar syrup
-
Blackberry and grapefruit to garnish
-
Rugged chunks of ice
How to make a Granite North Bramble:
-
Add the sugar syrup to a low ball glass
-
Muddle the blackberries into the sugar syrup
-
Half fill the glass with the rugged ice
-
Pour the gin over the ice and add half the grapefruit juice

Top up the glass with ice
-
Add the remaining grapefruit juice
-
Garnish with a fresh blackberry and slice of grapefruit

Drink and enjoy!

Pine and Tonic
Our P&T is an adventurous twist on the traditional G&T! We distill Granite North Gin with Grand Fir Needles which give our gin that ‘outdoor taste’ Our P&T will take your tastebuds on an adventure to the forests!
What you’ll need:
A double measure of Granite North Gin
25mls Pine liqueur (try our recipe here)
Rugged ice
Franklin and Sons light tonic
Sprig of pine and cinnamon to garnish

Pour a double measure of Granite North Gin into a highball glass

Half fill the glass with ice
-
Drizzle over the pine liqueur
-
Top up with Franklins and Sons tonic
-
Garnish with sprig of pine and cinnamon
